You start out with hamburger....brown this up and drain the grease. Next slice some of these....
and chop up some tomatillos...

Then, mince garlic and a seeded, deribbed serrano pepper...

Dice half an onion...

Coat the bottom of a baking dish with non-stick spray and coat with salsa...either red or green...doesn't matter...

Chop up some cilantro...

Make a taco-type seasoning blend with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano and crushed red pepper...

Here's all the participants...

When the hamburger looks like this, drain it...

Add in 4 ounces of cream cheese along with the homemade taco seasoning...

and mix together until it looks like this...this is when you add the minced garlic and serrano pepper...simmer it for around 10 minutes on super low heat...

Meanwhile, bring water and salt to a boil, add in white rice and diced onions, cover and simmer 20 minutes or so until water is absorbed...stir in the zest and juice of 1 lime and about 1/2 cup cilantro....

Boil the pasta shells, fill with meat and cream cheese mixture, top with chopped onions and salsa...bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, remove from oven, top with shredded Mexican blend cheese, olives, and chopped tomatillos...bake about 20 minutes more....

and serve that up!!!
